In this module, you will learn about the many benefits that my clients experienced after eating gut-healing yogurt regularly (trust me, you will be shocked). We will also discuss the benefits of making the yogurt yourself rather than purchasing a prebiotic yogurt from the store.

Module 2 will cover everything you need to prepare for the fermentation process. You will get a list of all the recommended kitchen tools and ingredients so that you are set up for success from the start. This module also covers the sanitation process to ensure you are growing good rather than bad bacteria!

This module covers the actual process of fermenting your yogurt and provides guidance on what the process looks like in subsequent fermentations.

Just as it sounds, this module will provide you with all the cautionary notes that you need to be aware of to ensure that your yogurt yields the most health benefits. In other words, we will discuss what you need to do to minimize killing your good bacteria after you get it fully bloomed.

Making yogurt is almost as much art as it is science! Everyone has their own preference for thickness, tang, etc., and this module will cover adjustments you can make to your end product. It will also cover general troubleshooting for when your yogurt doesn’t turn out as expected (i.e., separated, moldy, etc.).

My husband and one of my boys don’t like to eat a bowl of yogurt, so I had to get creative and find other ways to add my gut-healing magic into their daily lives. In this module, I will share the recipes that my entire family loves. You will learn how to make everything from gut-healing ranch dressing to fudgsicles.

This module will explain everything you need to know to make delicious dairy-free yogurt. It isn’t quite as simple as substituting the milk base, so I dedicated an entire module to it.

Now that you know how to make your own yogurt, you can start customizing it to include bacteria strains that hold the key to your desired health benefits. This module will discuss different types of bacteria and the benefits that can be derived from each (ranging from improving mood to losing weight to acid reflux) and how the fermentation process changes as you customize your bacteria blend.

The last module of the course covers frequently asked questions and is updated with new questions from the community.
